His Highness The Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani issued Decree No. 17 of 2019 on ratifying a memorandum of understanding to cooperate in the health field between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Federal Republic of Somalia signed in Doha on May 14, 2018, annexed to this decree and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.

HH The Amir also issued Decree No. 18 of 2019 ratifying an air services agreement between the governments of the State of Qatar and the Federal Republic of Somalia signed in Doha on March 18, 2015 and shall have the powers of a law in line with Article 68 of the constitution.
