HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent a cable to the Prime Minister of Somalia Hassan Ali Khayre condoling the victims of the explosion and wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
