His Excellency Hassan Bin Hamza -  Charge d'affaires of the Embassy of the State of Qatar to Somalia accompanied the delegation of the Qatar Fund for Development  and the Public Works Authority (Ashghal) during the field visit for Mogadishu - Afgoye and Mogadishu – Jowhar to be implemented by the Qatar Fund for Development , for the purpose of evaluation and visual inspection and access to the expertise and technical capabilities of a number of construction companies in the Federal Republic of Somalia.
