The Embassy of the State of Qatar in Somalia celebrated the country's National Day that coincides with Dec.18 each year, in commemoration of the memory of the founder of the State of Qatar Sheikh Jassim Bin Mohammed Bin Thani.

The ceremony was attended by HE Prime Minister of the Federal Republic of Somalia, Hamza Abdi Barre, HE Second Deputy Speaker of the House of the People Hon. Abdullahi Omar Abshir, and a number of Their Excellencies ministers, officials, deputies, military leaders, heads and members of diplomatic missions in Somalia.
