His Excellency Hassan bin Hamza Hashem, Ambassador of the State of Qatar, handed over a number of publications of the Diplomatic Institute to the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the sisterly Republic of Somalia.

The handover ceremony was attended by the Somali Ministry of Foreign Affairs: Mr. Hirsi Hagi Olosow, Director of the Protocol Department, and Mr. Mustafa Adam Dagal, Director of the Department of Arab Affairs, and for their part, thanked the Diplomatic Institute at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar for supporting the Diplomatic Institute's Library with valuable references and books.
