The United Nations General Assembly decided to adopt the idea of Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of the Education Above All Foundation, considering September 9 as an International Day to Protect Education from Attacks. High-level events will be held for this inaugural day to celebrate the International Day for the Protection of Education from Attacks in cooperation between the permanent delegation of the United Nations to the State of Qatar, UNICEF, UNESCO and the Education Above All Foundation.
